Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SpinDrop Records. We take care to ensure your vinyl arrives safely and promptly. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, costs, delivery times, and tracking.

 

Processing Orders

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

During busy periods (new drops, holidays, weekends), handling may take an extra day or two.

You will receive email updates when your order is confirmed and when it is shipped.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method at checkout.   You will see shipping costs before you complete your order — no surprises.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia only)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated 2–8 business days

  • Tracking number included

  • Australia Post / Local couriers

Express Shipping

  • Estimated 1–3 business days

  • Tracking number included

  • Priority handling

Delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates will display in your cart based on your country and order weight.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

  • New Zealand & Asia: ~5–10 business days

  • North America & Europe: ~10–20 business days

  • Other regions: ~10–30 business days

International shipping times can vary due to customs processing, local carrier routes, and seasonal volume.

 

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel from our store to your doorstep.

If tracking is unavailable for your region, we’ll let you know at checkout and in your order confirmation.

 

Customs, Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees — and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

 

Problems with delivery

If your order:

  • Does not arrive within your region’s typical delivery window,

  • Shows an error in the tracking status,

  • Or appears lost in transit,

Damaged or lost shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package before opening

  2. Take photos of the damaged contents

  3. Keep all packaging materials

  4. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the carrier to investigate and help you get a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For lost shipments, we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and assist until the situation is resolved.

 

Multiple items in one order

All items purchased in a single order will, wherever possible, be shipped together in one package. Exceptions may apply if items are coming from different locations or are special order.

 

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may charge a re-shipping fee to send it again.
