Orders & Availability
Every order is subject to availability and confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, that’s when the sale is officially locked in. If something is unavailable or incorrectly listed, we’ll contact you straight away.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before your order ships.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update pricing at any time.
Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or local import taxes charged in their country.
Once your order leaves us, delivery timelines depend on the carrier.
Vinyl Condition
We grade all pre-owned vinyl using recognised industry standards (NM, VG+, VG, etc.).
Vintage records may include minor wear or surface noise consistent with their grade — that’s part of the character of vinyl.
If something arrives significantly different from how it was described, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
